Team ADHD Baseline Assessment
A privacy-first approach to understanding cognitive diversity in your organization. Aggregate-only analysis that provides insights without compromising individual privacy.
What This Is
Our team baseline assessment is designed for organizations that want to understand the cognitive diversity of their workforce without collecting or storing individual employee data. It's built on the same ASRS v1.1 framework as our individual assessment but focuses on aggregate insights.
Key Features
- • No Individual Data Collection: We never store or access individual responses
- • Aggregate-Only Analysis: Insights are provided at the team/organization level only
- • Privacy-First Design: All processing happens client-side in employees' browsers
- • ASRS v1.1 Based: Uses the same scientifically validated framework as individual assessments
- • Workplace Focused: Includes work-specific metrics and recommendations
How It Works
Team Members Take Individual Assessments
Each team member completes the same ASRS v1.1-based assessment we offer publicly. All responses are processed locally in their browser - nothing is sent to our servers.
Local Aggregation
A designated team coordinator runs a local aggregation tool that combines anonymized results from team members. This happens entirely within your organization's systems.
Aggregate Insights
The system generates team-level insights about cognitive diversity, work preferences, and potential accommodations without revealing any individual information.
